Vorpal Images focus on creating a cinematic grace that is both emotionally appealing and visually stunning. With vivid imagery that is both modern and timeless, their portraits depict the unique grace that is present in each of us. Kenneth Benjamin Reed (photographer and director), and Alicia Mariah Elfving (stylist and producer) work together to create images that perceptively show the timelessness of classical beauty, the whimsy in narrative, and the distinguishing character of their subject.

Kenneth Benjamin Reed lives to epitomize the beauty he finds hidden “between” moments. Although greatly impressed by cinematic lighting and set design, he has been forever drawn to the more intimate, personal creations found in photography. Ben has attended a number of colleges but counts himself as a predominantly self-taught photographer with a desire to create epic, awe-inspiring imagery- be it for classical portraiture, wedding and event documentation, fashion and editorial assignments, advertising, or private collections.

Alicia Mariah Elfving, hailing from the Pacific Northwest, is a versatile artist who favors makeup and producing as her major outlet of expression. Working with Vorpal Images as the Makeup Artist/Stylist and Producer by the side of the Photographer and Director, she practices her art frequently and at the highest level of detail. Alicia’s makeup kit consists of a wide variety of cosmetics in color, brand, and style. Coming prepared with an array of makeup and hair supplies, Alicia has colors to match any skintone. Elfving practices the highest level of sanitation and only invests in quality makeup and hair products to ensure your skin is happy, and you look radiant!
